PR of Chapter 3 part one summary.

The first sentence should say "Understanding project management is required" instead of "Project management is required" to accurately reflect the book.

In the first sentence of the project planning section, you accidentally typed "by the project" twice.

The wordings of the first sentence of the risk analysis section and the sentence after requirements misunderstood don't make sense.

The part about requirements churn doesn't say what requirements churn is, and seems to misunderstand what the book says about change control boards.

This should probably include some things from the last two paragraphs of page 32.
