Does this include the Chapter3 branch?

@monmouth-college-cs/monmouth-college-comp-335 It looks to me like there are still some personal branches sitting about. What I'd like to see happen is for all personal branches to be deleted. Leave only the main chapter branch. Once chapter 18 is wrapped up we should only have the chapter branches, the empty branch, and the master branch (unless I missed some working branch that you persist between chapters.)
