Add GIMarshallingtests #57

This is a test in gobject-introspection. The .gir file was taken from gobject-introspection 1.46.0 which is what Ubuntu 16.04 has and thus can be compiled easily on the buildbot.

Once we have proper code generation we can test the bindings against this test library.
