This PR introduces the following changes to the code generation behavior:

A new class "AssemblyMetadata" is generated in outdir. This class contains consts with the names of the native DLLs that are wrapped (Usually it's just one).
All "DllImport" statements use the consts from the AssemblyMetadata class.
