Update to GTK4. #303

I would like GTK# to be updated to use GTK4 (when available).

I don't know if that'll happen, being the case we've not support for GTK3 yet.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think today gtk-sharp already supports GTK3. https://github.com/mono/gtk-sharp/blob/dadc19cf1b90c5743f2776c675faac990e397a56/README#L9
