Add GoogleTest-based tests #607

Adds a bunch of tests ported from the corefx test suite to GoogleTest tests.

Tweaked version of https://github.com/mono/libgdiplus/pull/576. @qmfrederik I played with your changes and made a few tweaks but couldn't push to your PR so I opened a new one :)
