openSUSE support #10

Same problem as https://github.com/mono/linux-packaging-msbuild/issues/1. The way this builds with internet access required it is impossible to get this running on https://build.opensuse.org/

Can you please compile .rpm files that work on @openSUSE?

Tried to help myself at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:Mailaender:branches:Mono:Factory/msbuild but didn't come too far.

Got something that compiles from source https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/809089 with the help of https://github.com/EoflaOE/linux-remote-packaging-msbuild/ so I guess I could help myself.
