Does not install at all following standard instructions #9657

Wont install on windows 10 with vs 2019. Says its missing all dependencies.

Don't waste your time to compile the source code on Windows, but use the MSI package I built earlier,

https://github.com/lextm/monodevelop-windows/releases/tag/v7.8-beta1

The 8.x source code is broken so currently no easy way to compile.
