Add keyboard playback mode to sample channles #164

Giada should add a keyboard playback mode to sampler channels. This way someone could use one sampler pitched up and down a midi keyboard turning it into a playable as an instrument on said midi keyboard. This would be just the korg electribe sampler it can play samples can do this. If this function is add it could make giada the free software alterative to the The electribe sample for those who can't afford the hardware. For those who do have korg electribe sampler Giada cold take it's place when playing live if a user doesn't want to take the korg electribe sampler with them

This is definitely a nice feature to have, however I fear it would be outside the scope of the current concept of "sample channel". And would require a lot of re-engineering, given the current state of the audio/MIDI engine. I'll keep it for the milestone 1.future.

Note: feature #150 and this one could be merged together.
