[ ] If a user is logged in, they can only get to the demo via links in Manual and PartnerInterest.
[ ] Currently, there is no way to log out without manually deleting "oeci_token" cookie.
[ ] Should the Search button be "Login" if not logged in?
[ ] In Demo, it has a "log in to OECI" link. This should change to "search actual records" if logged in.
[ ] Record state will carry over from Demo to RecordSearch.
