This PR updates telemetry spans to include additional attributes for better traceability of vector store operations. Key changes:
For langchain.task.VectorStoreRetriever spans, it adds provider, embedding_model, and type attributes.
For llamaindex.retrieve spans, it extracts the vector store and embedding model from the retriever and updates the same attributes.
For haystack.retriever spans, it extracts the vector store and embedding model from the retriever and updates the same attributes.
