Add confirmation dialog to kicking players #163

Currently, players may accidentally kick themselves. However, we can make the confirmation dialog for kicking a useful thing - rather than simply ask for confirmation, we'll ask the user if they wish to write a reason for kicking - with options "yes", "no, kick now", or "cancel". This will prevent players from accidentally kicking players and add functionality (kick reasons)
