Add test list append #2

Add test to append to number of lists and verify the values are monolithically increasing.

List append test is the same as https://github.com/jepsen-io/redis. What we need to do is start the database in the way of eloqkv and handle the error messages from eloqkv, which has been done through #3 and https://github.com/monographdb/jepsen-eloqkv/commit/9743e0aab672f9ef9a4cb2aebcadc39d2b2a4fe8
