What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the installer/s
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It will not install on my computer.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Windows 8 and a wired controller.
Please provide any additional information below.
Even when I had a wireless controller it came up with the same error message:
(Using i386, similar message when using amd64)
Failed to update chatpad filter device driver: 0xe0000235
