What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No respond to the test utility. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.0.3a, Win7, Wired X360 Controller

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm trying to use cheap, non-official chatpad with these drivers. No response 
to the test utility, but the driver is going ok. Is it possible to make chinese 
chatpad(black, with soft gray keys) work with this driver?
