Upgrading from 1.7.2->1.8.2 leaves commands.ini messed up #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install StExBar 1.7.2, configure some items (e.g. "Show System Files" to be
hidden
2. Update to StExBar 1.8.2
3. Notice the new Button "Show extensions"; when trying to hide it in the
Options dialog, it is not listed, but instead "StexBar Internal Edit Box" is
show in the "Custom Commands" list, which does not correspond to a visible
element on StExBar, no matter if you hide or show it.
4. The problem can be solved by renaming commands.ini; afterwards the correct
entries are shown in the Options dialog (custom command "Show extensions"
appears in the list and can be "removed"(=hidden), bogous "StexBar Internal
Edit Box" disappears froms the list. I have attached the renamed (old)
command.ini which had been created by 1.7.2 and migrated into 1.8.2, and the
new command.ini which 1.8.2 recreated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the installation routine to perform necessary modifications to
the .ini file, or at least warn about the risk of incompatibility. I personally
only found the workaround by searching this bug database.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
StExBar 1.8.2 on WinXPSP3 with current updates (as of 2011-03-23).

Please provide any additional information below.
In general, this is a great tool which I wouldn't want to miss :-)
