Allow specifying custom icons for internal commands #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
StExBar doesn't let you set your own icons for internal commands.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Although I can change the icon of the internal command from the Settings
dialog, the icon change isn't reflected on the actual toolbar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Windows has some really nice icons in shell32.dll and imageres.dll, especially
Windows 8's Ribbon which has nicer icons for Copy Path, Show/Hide system files
and extensions. I would like to use them.
