on install, remove project perform system reset #159

adding and removing scripts/projects will in general add/remove supercollider classes (engines) and possibly other shared lua code. in order to provide a consistent post install behavior we should probably restart matron and supercollider

not going to pursue this at the moment given the complications around "update all" operations.
