editor config pref to auto-clear the repl on app run

my gut says you just about always want a clean console when you start a fresh app (or re-start an edited one) so maybe we could clear on run. alternatively, add an option to the editor config?

i’d be up for this as an editor option - i do at times clear before a run

edit: now that i’m thinking about it the real ticket was problem just a card in the now delete project being used to capture/track early development.
