update start scripts to use websockets #25

i nuked ipc_wrapper from the norns repo. so the start scripts are broken (sorry)

they should use websocket wrapper right? i haven't changed it myself cause i'm not sure of the appropriate URLs to use.

there is no correct port yet as this hasn't been implemented in maiden. we can simply choose an arbitrary port.

well i chose the arbitrary ports defined in the maiden repo :)
