setup: Uninstall triggerhappy #32

I don't think we need this, no clue why it's included with the raspbian-lite image For more info see https://packages.debian.org/jessie/triggerhappy

wondering if these optimizations also need to be in the dev-build readme or perhaps the readme should just reference setup.sh?

Personally I'd prefer to just have setup.sh and let that do everything that needs to be done as much as possible.

yeah, let's keep the eggs in one basket. package installation/removal should be done in one place.
