add libboost-dev for softcut-lib #85

softcut-lib appears to still depend on boost/assert.hpp which is not installed by default, adding it to the list of packages to install

sorry about that, i guess i should eliminate the dependency or just include the header..

easy to reverse this in future, right?

very easy to reverse and the package itself is not large (surprisingly)
