phase argument / parameter to shift an LFO's phase (#1686) - test script
example for bi-polar LFO using current parameter value instead of overwriting it (#1687)

saw has been renamed tri (#1685)
baseline has been added to the .new constructor (#1687)
:add_params now inherits any values already-spec'd through :add constructor
LFO initialization through .new / :add now works without force-restarting
