redesign system update method #524

copying files to usb sticks seems excessive and error-prone.

consider:

leveraging git more
having updates require live internet connection

It's a definite plus to be able to update over an internet connection, but I think we should still support putting an update file on a USB stick. I like that norns can be used completely offline if desired.
