`PN.ROT` parameters are swapped #268

Please describe the bug.

PN.ROT x y should use x as the pattern bank index and y as the rotation value but it's actually backwards.

Please include the hash displayed at startup and the release of the software (e.g. "Teletype v2.0.1 5f838c9")

What steps are required to reproduce the bug?

  1. enter some values in pattern bank 0 and set start/end
  2. execute PN.ROT 0 -1
