What does this PR do?

adds ops to allow selecting a 2nd W/ unit (requires W/2.0 firmware)

How should this be manually tested?

connect 2 W/ units, set them to use different addresses, send notes to both.

I have,

[x] updated CHANGELOG.md and whats_new.md
[x] updated the documentation
[ ] updated help_mode.c (if applicable)

i did not update help_mode.c as it doesn't have any of the W/2.0 ops currently.
