Allow users to delete and edit existing notes and journals #18

When users delete journals, all notes attached to the journal should also be deleted.

Users have been able to edit and delete notes easily for a bit now. Still need to implement for Journals.

60469c1b91caef45424bebbab26c5c2c2b26a1c5 implements delete journal.

At this point, #destroy and #edit are both implemented for Notes and Journals.
