When user leaves a collection, they still have an existing invitation to the collection #76

This behavior prevents a user from being re-invited to a collection.

One option is that when a user takes the action to leave a collection, their invitation should be destroyed.

Is there any value in keeping left invitations?

I currently do not think so. Therefore, I think it is best to just have an invitation delete when a user's membership is deleted.
