Color coding cards #23

Add highlight colors based on Monster/Spell/Trap. Maybe just the type column or name column would be sufficient.

Round 2 might add specific colors for Effect/Xyz/Fusion/Etc.

I did implement this in an early version and it was really distracting visually. I think it would be best to implement this as an optional feature.

Indeed, looks good, I was wrong.

The design was completely different when I tested that and it might because of that.
