No limit or pagination on Venue #132

since Venue was added there is no VENUES_SIZE defined and no option to paginate the venues, I just comment out the venueVC because there are thousands in our database but was wondering why this one is treated differently?

it's a great idea to add pagination for venues too. would you do a pull-request for this? that would be great, thanks!
