Tested with the latest Version from github (1.6.2 is shown in the title bar, commit hash 6dc1ee4df), using Skyrim SSE.
Use case:
1) Load a SkyUI2.2 archive. Folder structure is
Data\Interface...
2) Activate SkyUI2.2 mod
A subfolder "Data" is created with the Interface modifications in it.
Expected behaviour:
The Data folder in the archive is to ignored and the "Interface" used directly.
Side note:
I do not expect fancy folder names like SkyUI2.2\Data\Interface (or worse SkyUI2.2\Interface) to be supported as some archives even on Skyrim SSE still do today.
