Calculating t* when F = 0.1 #121

When we're calculating the residence time for the trials, do we just use the hydraulic residence time? Or, do we use the tracer residence time?

Great question. I think you use the tracer residence time to convert the t* when F=0.1 to a contact time for chlorination.
