Sylius do not allow PHP 8 install, I will create an issue to allow PHP 8 installs on a dev branch in order to allow OSS to adopt it

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - sylius/sylius[v1.8.0, ..., v1.9.2] require php ^7.3 -> your php version (8.0.3) does not satisfy that requirement.
    - Root composer.json requires sylius/sylius ^1.8 -> satisfiable by sylius/sylius[v1.8.0, ..., v1.9.2].
