Sylius 1.11 + PHP 8 release #47

It seems not possible to install SyliusSettingsPlugin on Sylius 1.11 + PHP 8 as the composer.json explicitely defines "~1.8.0 || ~1.9.0 || ~1.10.0" sylius version only. Could you provide an updated release ? Thanks for your work !
