Self fixing sanctuary lighting #11

Lighting that gets damaged will fix itself after a set time period

We discussed the damaging lights and we agree they should be able to get 
damaged but the idea of the sanctuary would be to have spotlights for the 
guards and residents, the lights light up the key areas and cast a small light 
over the residential area.

When I apply the damageable lights they will stay damaged until the next 
restart leaving the sanctuary pitch black for further visits and for other 
players visits. It wouldn't make sense that the occupants wouldn't fix the 
lighting some time after it goes out.

Although it won't be a sudden refix nor will it fix itself for the average time 
you're in there it will fix itself at a later stage.
