M4A1 SD bullet drop #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. shooting the gun with sd ammo and a silencer
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Notice that the farther away the target is the higher the bullet goes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I think I fixed this. If it is not re-open a bug issue again. Will be in next 
patch.
