What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Hitting melee button (*space bar*) while in vehicle 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cause you to stand up through the vehicle you are in gives ya a difrent angle 
when looking in first person

Yes, I have resolved this issue already. It is a duplicate of another issue and 
will be fixed with the next patch.
