Hour long knockouts #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.change the knockout timer
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be knocked out for 1 or 2 mins but I have been knocked out for an hour now 
and still going as I type this.

Please provide any additional information below

Also I cant use in game chat or voice chat while knocked out and can't log out 
ether.
