What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add Auto Refueling its such a waste of time!!!!

this is a mod you can do easily on your own...
just adding one line in your init.sqf and 2 files in the pbo...

Auto-refuelling will not be something we will add to the mod it makes 
maintaining your vehicles far too easy. DayZ is about survival, not mods that 
can do the work for you.

Although, we have left this open for private server hosts to add at their own 
discretion. So your issue can be solved by just looking for a server with 
Auto-fueling.
