Not compatible with latest Rails #2

Can't install this gem even off github, because "monster-templates ruby depends on rails (~> 4.1.5)", I see you are not supporting this anymore. I really need access to helper methods in angular templates.

It will work with new version of rails. I just adjusted the dependencies so give it a go.
