Add specs for addBeforeOwnPropertyChange
Fix constructor assignment so ObjectChangeDescriptor.willChangeListeners is a WillChangeListenersRecord, causing the will change handler names to include ‘Will’ e.g handlePropertyWillChange, handleFooWillChange
