Also, there is a startup graphic that we could add, but that might better to do in a "Digit loading panel" component.

Ok, icons are replaced for iOS7.

Also, disabled user scaling (zooming).. it's arguable, but I think for our case a better default.

Digit Template now also supports "Install to Homescreen" for the Chrome beta on Android. Based on this https://developers.google.com/chrome/mobile/docs/installtohomescreen
