Dwarf Name column resets to fixed-width #57

On any view refresh
- Initial launch of app
- Adding new view
- After every 'CommitChanges' <-- the pisser

the leftmost dwarf name column will resize to the default fixed width, 
this will invariably truncate the dwarf name.

Workaround: switching to another tab, and back again, will resize the 
column to show dwarf names in full

Initially I didn't think this was a big deal, but in playtesting this is 
regularly disruptive/annoying due to the reset on Commit Changes. I find 
myself frequently bouncing tabs to reset this column size as a result.

In the build you gave me earlier this evening, the dwarfs disappear from the 
list 
after a commit. Switching tabs will repopulate with the column autosized.
