Add Raw Level number to tooltips #68

It would be nice to have the skill indicators reflect the Legendary+ skill
levels. This can currently be deduced by reading the XP numbers in the
tooltip (see xp issue for a problem with that), but that requires having an
XP chart handy.

At the very least (as differentiating the different legendary levels isn't
as important as simply knowing whether a dwarf is or isn't legendary) it
would be nice to ad the +1,+2,... to the XP tooltip.
