Add Vitor Britto's track #2

The brazilian developer Vitor Britto made a list of books he read in different knowledge levels.

@vitortalaia I would love to add this track to the site. Only problem is that it is not in English. @vitorbritto would you consider translating this page in English? Thay way we can help spread the word about your Javascript learning advice worldwide.

The site has already received public recognition here: https://twitter.com/_ericelliott/status/555259202721943554 https://twitter.com/unmatchedstyle/status/558637045417930753 and I aim to spread the word more in the future.

@montecruiseto I don't noticed this language constraint, but it's ok. There's another track that I would like to add here and this time it's in English hahaha

@vitortalaia well we do want to make knowledge available for a wider audience than just Brazil and Portugal right? :-) For sure the other track looks good. If you PR, I will include it.
