Updating the list of newspapers: problems with matching media in previous threads? #105

After updating the list of media 0da30af. When we will import threads from previous installation (locally or at heroku), would it be possible to match previous media list with the name of the newspaper instead of with the id of the media?

Now the media sources or updated if they exists (matched via the unique name column). Existing media in the DB that have disappeared from Kiosko have the working column set to false, so they don't show up in the list on the create thread page.
