Labels in x axis in barchart in display view too big or too small #152

I commented the resizing of labels in x axis in 584e5c43, as for short threads, this resizing was creating huge numbers that invaded the chart itself.

As a result of that, as it is not rescaling any more, it is causing problems in long threads like http://pageonex.com/Erika/inflacion/ where numbers yuxtapose and are unredeable.

We might need to set up a max font-size for short threads, and keep the rescale for the others. Thoughts?

I've added the max size and re-enabled scaling.
