Checkbox "Keep all highlighted areas..." not working when updating a second time #190

The checkbox "Keep all highlighted areas that you have done, even the ones from newspapers that are not any more selected, or days that are not longer in this thread", very useful to keep the data while adding unselecting some newspapers, is no longer working. I used it and I lost the coded areas the second time I used it: it only kept the "nothing to code" information.

So I think that the first time it keeps all the info. But the second time I save in that way the areas that were in newspapers not in the thread at that moment were erased. When updating a thread and that checkbox is marked, it should keep the info of all the other "hidden" newspapers.

I recently tested this again and it works.
