'Hard coded' area makes wrong percentage values, related to #76 #92

The percentage of surfaces is calculated based on a 'hard coded' image area. Line 100 of file threads_controller.rb: image_size="750x951" Which causes the display of wrong percentages in the bar chart.

It should be fixed when #76 is completed.
