Solve problem with disappearing commits #23

When somebody e.g reset branch staging, some commits may be missing, which are present in our databse and are marked as pending.

I have added option to remove commit form GHCR when you reach GitHub 404 Still we need to analyze github paylod. We will get notified when the branch is deleted, so we just mark those commits as removed in ghcr-web.
